Infused Sound

Infused Sound Healing is a guided meditation and live sound bath experience that incorporates and celebrates plant medicine. Founded by Kassie Ferrero (bass) alongside dear friends Joanna Metsker (violin/viola) and Tara Wolf (guide), to provide an experience that centers one’s mind, body, and spirit. Each session begins with a ceremonial smoke circle and intentional grounding practice led by Tara, creating space for participants to arrive fully in the present moment. From there, Kassie, Joanna, and a rotating collective of talented musicians guide attendees through 30 minutes of improvised live music inspired by the energetic frequencies associated with each chakra. The fusion of intuitive musicianship, sound healing, and intentional facilitation creates a unique environment where emotions can surface, release, and transform in a supportive and judgment-free space. Every element of the experience is thoughtfully curated, allowing participants to deepen their connection with themselves, their breath, and the present moment. The musicians bring passion, presence, and authenticity to every note, creating a deeply immersive and restorative journey. The session concludes with grounding and energetic balancing practices led by Tara, helping participants integrate their experience and return to their day feeling centered, refreshed, and aligned.
