Song Circle with Christine Grossman

Greenwood Social Hall, Kansas City, MO

Song Circle with Christine Grossman Doors 10:30 AM Singing Starts at 11:00 AM

This gathering offers a welcoming, low-pressure space for anyone interested in exploring singing in community. All experience levels are invited. Participants will learn simple tunes and melodies that encourage creative play, personal expression, and a sense of shared connection. Vocal participation is optional; attendees are equally welcome to sit quietly and enjoy the sound of the group.

The session is grounded in the understanding that singing is a natural human practice that supports self-expression, emotional regulation, and collective harmony. When people sing together, they attune to one another, creating a shared vibration that can foster feelings of joy, safety, and belonging. Many participants notice a shift in their mood and energy as the gathering progresses.

Doors will open at 10:30am, and attendees are encouraged to arrive by 10:45am so the session can begin promptly at 11:00am.

This is a free event, with a donation basket available for those who wish to contribute. Friends, family, and loved ones are welcome. Children may attend if they are able to sit comfortably and quietly during short periods of meditative silence.
