Sacred Solar Shifts is a monthly astrology and meditation experience in Kansas City designed to help you feel the energetic shifts happening around you and within you.
Each month the energy in the sky changes and whether you realize it or not, you feel it. This is a space to slow down, tune in, and make sense of it all. No prior astrology knowledge required. You do not need to know what a trine or a square is. Everything is broken down in plain language so you can actually use it.
The whole point is simple. Reflect on the last 30ish days. Connect with the energy of the next 30ish. Leave more present, more aware, and more in touch with yourself.
That is why we meditate. That is why we journal. That is why we talk about what is happening in the sky.
You Belong Here Come as you are. Stressed, anxious, joyful, peaceful, exhausted, or excited. However you show up is exactly right. You will leave lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself than when you walked in, with a specific intention for the season ahead and a renewed sense of who you are and what you are here to do.
This Month — Cancer to Leo We rise from the tender, intuitive depths of Cancer and step into the warm, radiant fire of Leo. This is the shift from feeling to expressing, from protecting to presenting, from nurturing in private to shining in public. This transition asks you to take what you have held close to your heart and offer it to the world without apology. You have done the inner work. Now it is time to be seen, not from a place of ego, but a place of heart centered connection. This season, you stop dimming and start blazing.
What to Bring Come prepared to settle in and go deep: A yoga mat and anything you need to be comfortable on the mat (blanket, pillow, eye mask, etc.) A journal and pen for reflection and intention-setting Water or an intentional beverage to stay hydrated Any additional items you feel called to bring (crystals, cards, etc.)
