Purple Puzzle Party Competition August 1 at Greenwood Social Hall Doors 7:00pm Competition begins 7:30 Hosted by Angie G · Free!
There are nights at Greenwood that ask you to listen, and there are nights that ask you to play. This is one of play. Ten teams will gather—up to four people each—circling tables, leaning in, chasing the quiet thrill of finding the piece that fits. The room will be dressed in purple, the music carrying the spirit of Prince, and the table set with his favorite comforts: spaghetti, orange juice, and Dunkaroos. There will be purple refreshments, of course. There always should be. Come adorned in purple if you feel called—there’s a prize waiting for the best dressed, whether you arrive alone or as a fully realized vision with your team. The competition is simple: finish first, or build the most before time runs out. But the real invitation is to be present with it—to laugh, to focus, to lose track of time inside something tactile and shared.
Come with your teammates or be assigned to a new-to-you team when you arrive. Great way to spend a Saturday night with old friends or make new ones!
